Jocelyn gave a small wave, much like the one she had given when the girl entered the room. She had already forgotten her name, but supposed she would eventually learn it. They were, of course, living in a house together for a year.
She put the glass of water down on the counter, after drinking the last of it, and nodded. "Nice to meet you; I'm going to go explore, or something on the sort." Jocelyn muttered, just making her voice loud enough for them to hear it.
She left the kitchen, dodging the boy standing in the doorway, and headed up the stairs and to her room, frowning when she saw her name on the door.
