I nodded at him. I patted him on the nose, to keep him clam as Jake washed his legs. So far, so good. "Thata a good boy."I said in a cool, clam voice.

Jake slowly made his way up the horse and grabbed the leadrope "Give him here for a sec." he warned, knowing the horse would do something stupid when the water hit his head.

I gave the lead rope to Jake and backed away. I watched him as he washed the gelding. I sighed, I should get going after he is done. I looked up to the sky. In the distance it was real dirty looking, there was a storm coming. Hpefully, I would get home before it made it here.

Jake glanced behind him as he started washing down the horse's head "You can go for a ride if you want, you don't need to help me."

"Thanks, there is a storm coming and I need to get some cows in for our neighbour."I said waving to him. "See ya around."I said , I turned around and ran over to Missy. I untied her and hoped on. I clucked her into a trot then A canter. "Come on girl, let's get this done as fast as possible."I said then I remember we had no Jump. Oh well we will have to o it without her. I waved to Jake before leaving the driveway. I rode down the road, past my house and down to the neighbours. I saw the cows on the road. I went up to them and gather together. "Walk on."I yelled at them, cracking my whip. I manged to get them into the Paddock. The storm stared, just as I finished shutting the gate. Great.

Jake gave Jade a wave as she left for her ride, he could hear the thunder rolling in the distance. Once he had finished washing Danny he put the horse into the paddock and allowed the animal to take shelter under a tree. After a few minutes the storm starting hitting hard, where was Jade? Without thinking he turned the ute and horse trailer down the driveway and headed down to where Jade had headed.
