Melody sighed. She forced herself to break the protective barrier she always put around herself and leaned against Ray sympatheticly. She contemplated saying anything for a moment before placing a finger on his cheek, turning his head to look at her. "If she chooses E.J. over you, it's her loss." She told him firmly, her blue gaze unwavering. "If she abandons you, she doesn't deserve you."

Elena

I sobbed lightly, hugging Jo gently. "I'm s confused, I have no idea what to do. I-I like Ray, a bunch. Always have, always will. But then E.J. came and we kissed, and I just had to say that I loved him and.... and... I still like Ray." I whispered, my hands balling up into tight fists. I bit my lip, tears streaking down my face. I honestly had no idea what to do... I loved Ray, deep down I knew it. But I... ugh. Why where relationships so complicated. Ray just had always been the right guy, there for me, wanting to help, hanging out with me. Licking my lips, I rubbed my eyes as they turned red.

Ray kept quiet. He looked down at the fish and put it on whither rock and gave it to Melody. He nodded knowing that she was right. He didn't know what to do. He took a piece of fish.

Jo didn't say anything letting Elena tell her everything. "I think you should just take your mind into consideration as well. You know? Your heart likes two guys, but what does your mind say?" She asked hoping she understood.

Elena

I groaned, standing up and running a hand through my hair. I teased it at the end of the strands, tieing my hair into a messy bun. I went back to the fire, smiled at Jen. I didn't know who I liked better... I saw Ray and Melody, and instantly I got the wrong memo. Opening my mouth, I made that pretty whimpy whining sound, it sorta sounded like someones voices cracking I guess. Walking backwards, I went into the tree's, pounding my fist into a tree. I moaned, leaning my forehead aganst the tree.

Melody set the fish back down, a bit of her nausea returning. "Listen, Ray. You need to figure this out! Talk to Elena, talk to E.J., I don't know! You know I'm horrible with this stuff, but I'm going to try because I'm your friend." She hated seeing him like this. She glanced over towards Elena just as she went back into the forest, catching a glimpse of her as she left. She didn't know what to think... but she also didn't want to control his life. Her heart ached, though it was more like a searing pain that ripped through out her body.

Tom

Tom awoke on the beach, his arm stuck to some seaweed, it was just Matter of time before the caught. If it did it would drag him under and he would drown. Tom instantly yelled, "Help me Please!" He was scared, he hoped someone would come save him from death. He couldn't move his arm, father up the shore, he saw a knife, if only he could reach it. He tried to get it, but he has about another foot to get it, but the seaweed tugged back. Tom was doomed, unless someone else saved him.

Ray looked down and and then heard footsteps. He looked up seeing Elena run away. He got up. He didn't care what his brother said. He ran to her and wrapped his arms around her comforting her. He squeezed her against him and he held her hands all at the same time. Baby baby baby baby please, stop. He said almost in a whisper. His voice was calm and gentle. He lifted his head up letting it sit on her head and he sighed. I still love you. He whispered. Always have, always will. I don't know what you saw, but you know Mel is just my all time good friend. He said loosening up a bit. He kissed her forehead. The first time in a long time. He hoped it wouldn't be the last.

Jo sat in the forest when Elena left and looked down. This is starting to get a little old.... SHe said looking at some night critters on the floor. She got up and went looking for Nick. Monkeys? Was he just wanting an excuse to get away from me? Oh well. I like him... She said realizing for the first time that she did actually like someone.

Melody sighed, watching Ray leave. "Good luck... She whispered, then got up and walked off towards the beach. She sifted her feet through the sand while she walked. Her head was spinning, she didn't know what to think. If Ray got Elena, he lost his brother. BUt if he lost Elena, he got his brother. It was confusing her, love just wasn't her thing. Shaking her head to clear it, she tried to divert herself. It was his life, not her's.

Elena

When his arms wrapped around me, I let myself do it. I peeked my arms up in a little triangle, pushing him back a little. "But... I-I... I love you both." I whispered hoarsly, looking up at him with a saddened expression. Grabbing onto my stomach softly, I looked down at my feet again. But then he called me baby, and his lips pressed against my forehead. "I'm don't want to hurt either one of you though." I said gently, looking up at him, that little crease appearing inbetween my eyebrows. I looked down at his lips, and I wanted to kiss him. I leaned up a littlbe, but then went back down, I couldn't. I looked again at his eyes, sighing.

Her words broke Ray. She was no longer the girl she used to be. His hands dropped. "I'm not dealing with this anymore. I love you. I want you. I wanted to marry you. I have the ring at the hotel. I gathered everyone here to Tahiti so I could marry my best girl only to find..." He turned. He was done with the drama.
