Sail the Seas (Pirate RP Needs Members!)

Emerald put the brush in the bucket and ran over to a canon. She made sure all the supplies were there and loaded the first lead ball in. She waited for captian's orders to start firing. While she waited she checked her belt for her weapons.

Indigo called out more orders, but stopped when a new shape appeared on deck. A young woman- or maybe not so young, it was hard to tell- wearing a trench coat. "You there!" she yelled, "Stowaway! Do something useful until I can deal with you." She swung the wheel to starboard until the Maiden was sideways. The other ship- Calico Jack's Kingston- would have to veer aside or smash right through their hull. The Kingston was smaller than Indigo's black ship, and Calico was smart. He wouldn't wreck his own vessel to try and take hers. But he was also ruthless. He might smash her ship just so he could have a chance at taking it over and limping to port before it went down.

Betty nodded, sweeping her hair out of her eyes before going over to load up a cannon. She wasn't really sure how, but when pressured, she could be a very quick learner. She went over to where Emerald was and followed what she was doing. "May Ihelp?" she asked, a london accent all too clear as she gathered some more things.

Ingo looked over breily at the woman, but turned her attentions back to loading the cannon.

Rodney ran up on deck, praying that Melody had heard him, and then went over to where Ingo was, his small hands easily helping withe cannon work, that's all he'd really be allowed to do on ship.

Emerald looked over. She didnt know who it was but didn't care at the moment. "Go man the canon one of the canons on the other side of the ship. You have to take this long pole here with the fluffy thing at the end and clean out the canon pipe. Then roll in the lead ball and light the string until it fires. but don't light the string until captian says."

"Don't you dare touch those cannons, stowaway!" yelled Indigo, glancing at where the coated woman was talking to Emerald. "I don't want you blowing a hole in my ship due to your incompetence!" She looked straight at Rodney and said, "Get down to the infirmary with Melody. You too, stowaway! Try and stop Sonja from trying to rush up on deck, because she'll just hurt herself again."

Betty was slightly alarmed at this, but nodded, she wasn't planning on getting her butt kicked today, so she obeyed the captain's orders. She remebered the name Sonja, she had seen that girl earlir from behind the barrels. betty didn't linger on deck though, so she rushed back down to where Sonja was.
"Ok Indigo," said Rodney, before running down the ladder to where he believeed Sonja to be. He looked up at the new woman. "Who are you?" he asked, eyeing her up suspiciously.
"Betty Lincoln sir, pleasure to meet ya, but we'd better be helping Sonja now," she replied, this woman from London could not speak or act properly like a pirate, she wondered how she'd evcer do well on this ship.

Emerald heard Indigo's words and blushed. "Oops, ignore my last few comments. Better do what she says." Emerald continued watching the ship and waiting to light the string on the top of the canon.

Rodney went down to the deck, hoping Sonja wasn't already up, "This way miss," said Rodney, mimicking Betty's accent almost spot on. Betty blushed, but followed the boy, staying silent from then on.

Jack stood straight up as he herd yelling and a bunch of people running around "What do i do?" he asked, not really to anyone. He didnt know anything about ship combat other than they fired cannon balls at each other and he didnt know how to operate one of those

Melody heard yelling from up on deck, and she opened her eyes. I guess hide and seek isn't the best thing to play on a crowded pirate ship. She ducked into the infirmary and saw that Sonja was still asleep on one of the hammocks, then glanced at the door. I guess I'd better shut that, so she doesn't wake up or anything. She reached out a thin hand and swung the door shut, then wondered what was going on above deck.
