Outlawed (Accepting)

Frank had been storming round his room now for the past half an hour, his anger rising more and more making his body lurch and shake as if he was transforming into a ball of fury. It wasnt long until he could not control himself any longer, a huge roar erupting from him, echoing down the halls as he burst from his room and sprinted down the corridors, sending royalty, knights and servants flying as he went down, deep into the dungeons and slamming open the wooden door with a sickening thud, the sight before him of Guy toturing Emerald sickened him as the two guards, clearly shocked by his appearence wrapped themselves tight around his arms.

Guy chuckled and gave Emerald another punch to the jaw before Frank burst into the dungeons. He jumped and turned, slightly shocked of Frank's loud entrance. He smirked though and motioned for the guards to take hold of and bring Frank to sit on the bench outside the torture cell. "My dear boy, why don't you come and watch? I'm sure it'll calm you down." he said in a mock polite voice.

Emerald clenched her teeth and her hands balled into fists. She made another lunge at Guy but the chains wouldn't budge. Every time she lunged her hair would fall more and more into her face, making her look more determined and wild as ever. By now she had a few bruises, Guy hadn't yet gotten to use the daggers or the other two spikes on her. A small trickle of blood dribbled down the right corner of her mouth. She looked up at Frank and shook her head.

Frank growled "Or it'll make me want to kill you more" he hissed slightly as he was held down to the bench, he struggled slightly, wriggling his hsoulders and tensing trying to get away. His eyes caught Emeralds as he smirked weakly toward her, his heel tapping the ground slightly.

Emerald smirked, giving a silent snort of amusement as Frank smirked. "No way to talk to your superior." she rasped before Guy got the chance. She smirked and felt another punch delivered to her gut. She coughed, the smirk still on her lips.

Guy scowled. "Shut up both of you." he growled. He pulled one of his daggers slowly from it's sheath so that the metal scraped against it, making a sickening sound. He smirked and twirled it in his fingers. "You ready to give in or you gonna continue dieing?" As Emerald made another lunge he already knew the answer. He gave her a quick cut on her collar bone. She clenched her fists tighter. "Give up the act, Em. We all know you've got nothing left."
"In your dreams." she snarled, gritting her teeth again as she felt a cut on her side. "This is nothing. I can do this all day." she said through gritted teeth.

Frank grinned, looking down at the floor "Hes not my superior" he answered, grimacing slightly as Emerald was cut, his fists tensing as he heard the metal scrape.

(Me too. I had a whole plot planned out for this and now I forgot it! )

Guy scowled. Nothing he had used to taunt her with had broken her. What would it take? He was so aggravated he was nearly shaking. "No wonder the Hood accepted you, you fit right in with them bone headed cowards!" he snapped. He was about to turn away when he saw the shock and then anger draw across her face. That was it. He had found a way to get to her. "They asked you to kill them because you were the most heartless one of them all! The cowards couldn't handle it!" he shouted, now in her face and delivering multiple cuts with each insult. "They never cared for you! You were just their ticket to getting to me, and once you failed so did they! It's your fault they're all dead! If they could talk to you now they would spit in your face and tell you how ashamed they are of you! You're nothing to them! Nothing! Especially to that wanna-be that I met by the fire! He never loved you! It was an act!"

At first his insults were nothing but doubts in Emerald's mind, but as they got worse, she stopped fighting as hard. His insults were like whiplashes on her heart, and when he mentioned Casper she lost it and was on the verge of tears. "You don't know anything about them!" she shouted back weakly. She knew it was too late though, she had let the act slip and now she was just a sitting duck, an easy target for him to take down. His taunts and insults about the Hood, Casper, and even Frank every now and then, came as fast as the pouring rain. Louder every time and getting inside her. She screamed as she stabbed her in the side, the taunts and the blade becoming too much for her. She shrieked again, the tears flowing now. She pressed her back against the wall and turned her head away, trying to escape Guy's wrath but it was no use, there was no stopping Guy now.

Frank lurched forward, he knew Guy had found Emeralds weak spot "NO!" he screamed "Emerald! Listen, im here for you!" he called out, slightly winded by one of the guards as he spoke, his blue eyes desperatly seeking for a way to save her. His limbs were thrashing wildly now as the guards tried to pin him down "nothi.....ngs your fault!" he called out as he was hit again.

Guy smirked and back-handed Emerald across the face before cutting her across her eye. "Lies!" he spat. He felt a strange mixture of satisfaction and a tiny pang of guilt as he looked at Emerald's now small figure. She really did look broken now. He raised his hand again as if to smack her and she flinched through the silent tears. He chuckled and flexed his hand. "Make sure he doesn't get in." he said. pushing his black hair from his eyes. "I'm going to get some water." he said before giving Emerald another glance and walking out.

Emerald barely heard Frank, but she briefly looked up. She stayed small and against the wall, waiting for Guy to come back and deliver her death blow. She took in deep breaths, trying to stop the tears but every breath pained her. She felt sore all over, her head pounded and she felt broken. "All...true." she choked out to Frank. She knew she couldn't give in now though, not until Arrowin was safe. When she saw Guy leave she knew this was her chance to gather what fight she had left. She couldn't do it though, no matter how hard she tried she couldn't gather anything.

Frank shuddered, grunting as he plunged forward, falling off the chair as the two guards struggled to keep hold of him, his head straining upwards ''''emerald listen! Your strong, stronger than anyone here, keep fighting, ill get you out if it kills me" he shouted to her as the guards, tried to heave him up, his feet scraping on the brcik floor as he tried to find a grip, his blue eyes burned with fury and compassion.

Emerald looked up at him. His words just passed in one ear and out the other, they were just noises. But the guards treating Frank the way they were angered her. She had already lost Casper, and her beloved horse, and the Hood, but she wasn't about to loose Frank or Arrowin. She gave a weak tug on the bonds, trying to get to him. She tried to scream out to him but her voice had been lost long ago. She tugged again, feeling each cut and bruise sear with pain. "Frank!" she managed to get out, but it was no more than a hoarse whisper.

(Gonna be on and off for the next hour, gotta get ready for my school dance.)
