Sail the Seas (Pirate RP Needs Members!)

Melody kept her eyes closed, playing like she had back home. There wasn't much to hide behind, where she came from, so one would seek without peeking. She listened hard for movement, hands stretched out in front of her. Off to one side, somebody was scrubbing the deck and whistling. That was either Emerald, Jack, or Sinbad, since she didn't recognize the whistler, and the voice sounded female. Emerald, then. Rodney wasn't that way- she hadn't heard him climb up on deck. He was somewhere down here. She listened, eyes still closed, and searched.

Jack walked around trying to get use to the moving boat under his feet. He wasnt quite sure what to do at this point but stare at the sea. He couldnt get over how huge it was, and it was such a beautiful sight.

Ingo was scrubbing the deck also, they neeed all the hands they could get as no-one seemed to have cleared the grime for a while. She looked up and saw Jack staring over the edge fo the ship. She put her two fingers in her mouth and gave a shrill and very liud whistle. "jack, if you could help one'd be much obliged," she said with a small smile.

Jack jumped as the shrill high pitched whistle cut through the air. He turned around and saw Ingo scrubbing the floor "Allright." he said smiling and walked over picked up a brush and began to srub like them. It wasnt the most exciting thing to do but he knew that it had to be done.

Ingo smiled at the reaction, it had taken her long time to learnto whistle like that, and it had paid off many a time. Ingo was scrubbing like the floor was evil, really putting elbow grease into it. The grime on the floor had made her slip up and she didn't want it to happen again.

Emerald smiled. "Glad to have you help Jack."

"Days like this remind me why I was never a pirate," said Ingo as she looked at the bubbling ooze in front of her on the floor. She shook her head and sighed. Then she remembered why she was a pirste, scurbbing floors was better than fleeing the police.

Rodney was keeping as quiet as a mouse, trying not to give himself awayy. Even though he could not see Melody, he could almost sense she was close.

Jack smiled at Emerald "No problem." he said and continued scrubbing as Ingo talked. "Wait what do you mean by that?" he asked not understanding her statement.

"I mean I didn't start off as a pirate, in fact, just a street urchin who believed whole-heartedly in the work of the navy," explained Ingo as she scrubbed. She would explain her whole life story if needed, it might pass the time, but for now, that was all she said to jack, focusing mainly on her work.

"I was once like that. I beleaved in the nave but then i found out how corupt they were." he didnt know how much this might have in common with her story but it sounded like somethign he could relate to. He didnt really realize how much he was saying he was more thinking about what he was doing and not what he was saying.
