Paisley looked at him shyly. "For what?" she asked, crossing her arms in an attempt to appear more confident. Truth was, she felt like she was going to throw up, and I mean that it the best way possible. Nobody had ever made her feel so strange, but she was pretty sure that she liked it. She was pretty sure that she liked Liam.

I back up, No way. I've never missed ANY classes. "Why?" I mumble when I turn and start my walk to my SUV.

He offered her a half smile in attempt to make things less awkward. "I don't know" he said, "I honestly didn't know where to put my hands..." he muttered. His eyes on the pavement below him and all he could think about was her smile. The way she laughed and spoke soft words. The way she acted around him was beautiful. Graceful. He looked up at her, and this time he inched closer.

I open the door to my SUV. I don't really socialize in school. Most people consider me part of the 'Nerds.'. Why do they even make groups? Just to make people feel bad about their complection? I think about that while turning my SUV to drive.

I chuckled and replied "Where are you? I'll come pick u up." I got out of bed, put on some jeans, my black leather jacket and headed to the garage. I hopped into my car and pulled out of the driveway.

I drive home and quickly go inside. "Any texts?" I sat as I pick up my phone. I look it over. Nothing. Just an empty space. My cat, Gilbert struts up to me and meows quietly. "Hey Gil," I say picking him up. My dad gave me Gilbert when I was about Ten. So, Ever since he passed away, Gilbert is my only memory of him. My Mother on the other hand…She works to much. So i'm mostly alone all the time. I press my lips against Gilbert's head and set him back down.

I texted back "On my way." and started to 34th street. I pulled up to the lamp post in my car and rolled down the window. I stuck my head out and with a grin said "Need a lift?"
