Hayden walked into the door of the house and went into the kitchen where Cali was.

Chief got to the door and looked back at Tristan and Dyna. He whimpered slightly noticing Tristan was upset and walked over to him. He nuzzled his hand.

Tristen smiled a bit. "Hey, Chief." He ran his hand through Chief's fur, then rubbed him behind the ears. "You're a good boy, aren't you?"

Dyna wagged her tail when Chief came over, but she didn't bother him.

Chief wagged his tail and barked happily at Tristan. He didn't want the boy to be upset anymore.

Tristen pet Chief. "Thanks, boy." He kept petting Chief, feeling a little better. Well, at least somebody here likes me.

Chief licked his face happily then looked back at the house for Chief. He was unsure of why Hayden didn't like the boy. He seemed harmless. Chief then walked over to Dyna and playbowed to her.

Chief laughed and circled back. He ran passed her and went to Tristan hiding behind him.
