Sora nodded. She let another person on her back and continued on.

I kept walking, taking quick steps in an attempt to reach the hotel faster.

The surviving Black Suits were behind them, but far. Still, the group's first instinct was to run. They were almost there anyway, so it didn't take them lon to reach the hotel at their pace. Everyone hopped into the car, and Sora shifted into a cat and pounced in.

I still held Reagan, feeling awkward. I'd never had to comfort anyone before except occasionally Nick, but he was a boy; that was different. "Shh..." I whispered into her hair, so much like mine. She still freaked out soundlessly.

Phill started the car and zoomed out of the perking lot, leaving th injured black suits in the dust.

Suddenly a thought popped into my mind that made my eyes go wide. "Phill! Marcas! What if they saw you and recognized you?! They'd know you're helping us!!" An unsettled silence fell throughout the car.

"crap..." Phill said under his breath. "Well, if they were able to recodnize us in the van, then we're already screwed." Marcas said.

I chewed my lip nervously, not saying anything. To my surprise, I'd actually come to like Phill and Marcas. If they got caught just for helping us...Well, it wouldn't end well for anyone.
