Lianna nodded. "That's cool. I'm from New York, Albany to be exact." She said, a smile playing on her lips as she thought about home. She missed her friends, the lake, the forest, though not her Aunt or Uncle. She was more than happy to leave them. When the breeze blew in, she sort of let it slide. In New York, she was used to the cold. She leaned back in her chair again. "What's it like in Santa Cruz?" She asked in a sort of absentmindedly, turning her head to face Sebastian.

Mikey thanked and paid the cab driver before getting out and heading into the motel. The rain had lightened up a bit, but didn't completely stop. He ran his hand through his hair with his one free hand as he walked through the lobby. There were people here and there, some reading the newspaper while others made small talk. He went in the elevator and went up to his floor. As he walked down the hallway, he took in more details about the appearance. It seemed like the old wallpaper was starting to peel, and the carpet below his feet had several stains every few feet. He shook his head, wondering if they would ever attempt to remodel. Stopping in front of his hotel door, he dug through his pocket and pulled out his room key. He waved it in front of the scanner and heard the lock make a small 'click' noise as it unlocked. He entered and went to his bedroom, setting the bag on the bed. Now it was time to some-what relax. Heading over to the couch, he flopped down and tried to find a channel that he actually understood.
