Tess tore off her jacket and climbed back down the mast. All she needed in this weather was her tanktop. She walked to her cabin and hung the jacket on a loose nail protruding from the wall and made a mental note to fix that later. She walked back on deck and sought out Liza. With a respectful salute to her master, she spoke. "What needs to be done, Captain?"

"Good 'ernoon, Diena," said Milo, looking up from his game of mumbletypeg. He didn't have to look at his hands- unless something big came up and he was distracted, he wasn't going to stab his own fingers. They were too useful, in thieving, climbing ropes, the like, so he wasn't about to cut them off.

(Yep)
"What are you playin' whith your blade?" Diena nodded towards Milo's blade. She slammed her dagger into the woodwork of the crow's nest rail.
Jessy whistled a happy tune as he walked around town. He knew every corner, store, person, escape way, river, and road. He smiled as he heard his long coat swish around his knees as he walked down a narrow alley that had an aparent dead end. He heard footsteps behind him and he turned around.
"Hello boys!" He smiled incolently.

"Mumbletypeg," said Milo to Diena, looking back at his hand as he sped up his dangerous game. It was complicated to learn, but involved spreading the fingers of one hand, then slamming the knifepoint down between the outstretched fingers, spinning it artfully with each upbeat. It was a game of courage and deadly precision.
