"Good morning, fiore." I greeted her. I didn't mean the Italian pet name to slip out,
but at this point I didn't care. It was the mornings, we are all tired.
I placed her nice plate of food in front of her to eat, and then got some glasses.
"Do you prefer milk or orange juice? Or coffee, I don't really mind."

Ashly pulled her hair back into a simple yet somewhat messy bun and sat down to enjoy her breakfast. "Well good morning. Thank you for the breakfast, looks amazing. And coffee please." she said with a soft smile and took a bite of her food.

Phil smiled as she agreed, a small weight lifting off his shoulders. He had almost turned to leave when she mentioned he had forgotten to give her his name. "Oh! Right right. of course, my bad" He chuckled, hitting his forehead lightly. "Umm.. uh, how about this." He rummaged through his back looking for a pen and paper. "I'll give you.." He continued to rummage, pausing between searches "my number and my name.. on this card." He finally found a scratch piece of paper and jotted down his number and name.
"Here." He handed it to her and extended his hand for a hand shake, "I'm Wallac- er sorry, Phil. Phil wallace" He chuckled, his cheeks showing a light dust of pink as he grew embarrassed at his flustered state.

I gave her a brief smile before turning to the coffee machine, pouring us two cups.
Giving her the cup, I sit across from her and dig into my meal. "I'm gonna work on rebuilding the
shed in the back. After this do you want me to drive you back into the city?" I asked her,
chewing. Where are my manners? I blush in embarrassment.

"If you want to. I'm personally in no rush to get back home but of course I won't mind if you want to take me back to the city." she said and dipped her head in thanks for the coffee. She took a sip of the warm beverage and closed her eyes. Ahh the taste of coffee seemed to hit the spot for her and she reopened her eyes to glance at James with a soft smile.

She heard his response and a soft smile tugged at her lips."Well nice to meet you Phil. I'll send you a message so we can schedule the coffee meeting?" she said, taking the piece of paper and shook his hand.

I nodded at her answer and stood up. "You wouldn't mind helping out with the fishing shed?" I ask her,
cleaning up our empty plates of food to place them in the sink.
It's been a while I did some yard work on this property. Might as well, start now.

"I wouldn't mind at all. Lead the way." she said, getting up from her chair and waiting for him to lead the way. Ashly was the kind of person who didn't mind getting her hands dirty, no matter what she was doing. Either it would be cars in her spare time, or doing whatever else she could think of.

"Of course." I say, putting the dishes in the dryer.
Opening the slide door, I show her the few of the many
logs of wood, saws, axes, and some other useful tools.
I then show her my dad's sketch out for the shed
and how there will be a water system for the sink to
be used. "Can you get working on picking a good spot for the shed?"
I ask her, looking out into the forest. "After that we can start
clearing a few trees."

She nodded her head and went off to go find a spot. Ashly had a good eye for finding good spots for things, no matter where she was. It was just something she had always been good at ever since she was small. Hher blue green eyes scanned around her for a moment before looking around her once more. She stopped to check out a spot that would work and stood still for a moment.

Looking at her, she just stood there still. I raised by brow at this,
was some callin' spirits or something? Instead of doing nothing
I asked her, "Found a spot?" I called, sawing some logs for the
perfect dimension.
