Jacob took the girl's hand, making sure not to pull on her too hard when he stood up. Pressing his forehead against the cold metal of the lockers, he let out an embarrassed chuckle. "I'll be fine," he said quietly, his eyes closed. He should have probably gone to the nurse or called his mom or something, but he decided to wait. Jacob opened his eyes slightly, and noticed that there were only a few people still in the hallway. They had all gone to class. "You should probably go, I don't want to make you late," he said, looking at the girl.

Keegan entered the lunch room and quickly took a seat at an unoccupied table, only to see a girl sit at the same table he was at. With a quiet sigh, he cleared his throat and asked, "Uh, anyone else sitting here?"

Scarlett looked ay Keegan " oh no it's fine" she smiled at him and ate her apple

Keegan simply nodded as he picked up his banana and began to eat quietly, opening a notebook as he placed it on the table. "Name's Keegan, by the way." The boy spoke as he introduced himself, however, his eyes were focused on the notebook as he flipped through a couple pages.
