Personality
Birch is strong, smart, and brave. Sometimes he doesn't make the best decisions, though. He stands up for himself if others make fun of him, and he prefers to keep to himself, acting like kind of a lonesome grouch. Most of the time he has a hard time opening up to other horses. His sister is May, though they do not know yet, since May left their old farm long before he did, but they have similarities. And Birch is a bit larger than May.

History
Left his old farm only a little while ago. Parents are gone, and his sister is May. They don't know they're related yet because they haven't seen each other in a long long time.

Angel jumped down from the hay bale in the barn, of which she was taking her nap, and trotted out of the barn, sniffing. She looked over at the horses in the field, obviously bickering over something, three of them being too close together for one another's liking. Angel twitched one of her floppy ears and padded to the fence and slipped under to go into the small woods. (Hope it's alright if I add in some small woods at the edge of the fields. ^^')

Bird saw Angel and walked over to her. "Hey there.. Your pretty girl. Is your name Angel?" She asked as she stroked her head.

Spartan snorted, and bit down, on Ace as soon as the other stallion bit him.He saw Julia comming and snorted. He flicked his tail like a whip, which slapped his rump like a whip. "Naive, Ace... You never learn do you?" he asked, rearing up and kicking out again.

Julia sat at her office desk zipping through bills and breeding request forms. Sincerly declining them and saying that at this time she was not ready for them to breed. She felt that horses had their own way of describing when they wanted to mate and when they didn't. Just as humans did. Julia could hear Duke barking from out side and shook her head "Dumb dog, barks at everything." Julia went back to what she was doing but stopped in thought. Now that more boarders were here and Arianna due to arrive in a few months. the stable would surely pick up speed, Arianna's email was still in her inbox the printed letters bolded across the screen. She had offered to be a stable hand and help out around the stable Julia had agreed, she loved her niece and knew that being just like her aunt Arianna was accomplishing something. The woman felt a nudge on her leg and glanced down to see Duke staring up at her with wide eyes and tugging on her pant leg barking excitdedly. The woman tilted her head "What is it boy?" she asked calmly, and stood up to follow him. He padded quickly outside of the barn to where the two stallions were fighting, Julia cursed silently she should have known that Spartan would escape again, River was is prize but she was making it clear that Spartan was an enemy. Julia grabbed a lead rope from a stall door and quickly ran towards and climbed over the fence to get to Spartan.

Ace knashed his teeth together "I could say the same about you!" Ace whiynned when one of the stallions hooves clipped Ace's cheek. As the stallion was up in the air Ace charged towards his barrel and tried knocking him off bablance or possibly to the ground, his sides heaving and ears looking almost permantly glued to his head. Swinging his large head violently Ace snorted and almost smacked Julia in the jaw, he was too angry to notice her until she had clipped on Spartans lead rope with much diffculty and was tugging him away. "Enough!" she was yelling and swatted at Ace when he charged again. River stomped her hooves and reared up alittle "Ha, not today Spartan.. not today!" she kicked out behind her but Ace was celebrating, his breathing was labored and sweat coated his bay pelt. Anger racking his frame. Spartan would get what was coming to him.. someday.

Angel's tail slowly wagged and she licked Bird's hand.

May lifted her head and watched as Spartan was led away, then looked at Ace and River. River was smirking and paying no attention to her brother, while Ace was breathing hard, glaring where Spartan left, and the blood slowly ran from his wounds. May's stomach seemed to drop, but she made no move to try and help, knowing that she'd probably get a kick from River. May turned away.

Bird patted her new dogs head and grabbed a collar from her back pocket. t was bright red. She clipped it around her neck and patted her.

Angel's tail wagged still and she blinked, looking up at her new owner. Angel's dark amber eyes met with Bird's eyes and Angel barked softly. Wow, my own owner. It's been a long time since a human pet me for more than a simple pat... I wonder if she has any other dogs? She smells like she does. Angel sat down in front of Bird and looked at the fields. She saw the horses... Some of the regular dogs... And there! That smell, new dog smell. She looked closer. The dog had long fur and long legs, like a greyhound but with more fur. Angel barked to it and when he came closer she spoke to him. "I'm Angel. You're new here?"
