Frank nodded "Just say if you want me to take over" he added with a light shrug, his eyes flickering over to the ones at the back as Emerald spoke up again and he frowned "I don't trust them" he hissed under his breath "The same as in I don't trust that beast Arrowin seems to hang around with, she should be careful" he told her sternly, his words like venom unaware of what had happened Inbetween the pair "He is too dangerous and unreliable" he added "The same as our new friends" he growled with a tired tone, leaning forward on the horn of the saddle. His position gave nothing away of his anger and frustration but his tone and burning eyes did.

Jack nodded, frowning slightly as she said "For Arrowin". Why only for Arrowin? She did look ill, but Frank didn't look well either, and it was very noticeable that they were all exhausted. With a sigh, he shook his head, keeping a close watch on the strangers. He still didn't trust them, and made sure that his sword was close at hand before casting a worried gaze at Arrowin. Em was right, she looked... different, in some way. Jack wondered what was wrong with her, but simply sat back in the cart, closing his eyes and letting the wind blow his dark brown hair around.
"Warn me if you want me to take over" he murmured with a yawn. He wasn't used to be riding for days without stop, and sleep was finally catching up on him.

"I've got it, you just rest for now." Emerald replied to Jack before returning her attention to Frank. "Well, I don't trust the older ones. The child doesn't seem too bad though, just she has no where else to go." she said about the newcomers. She bit her lip when Frank spoke out against the Huntsman. "Well, maybe he's not so bad, Frank. I mean, he's risking his own neck to help us--mostly Arrowin, but still us-- get across the channel to France. And he seems to really care for Arrowin. A big man like him could have easily killed any one of us already, and with all the time alone he spends with Arrowin he could have blamed her death on Finnick, but he hasn't hurt anyone." She glanced away at Envy before flickering her gaze back to Frank. "I think we should trust him."

Arowin had been drifting off to sleep when she heard Frank talking about the Huntsman. She kept her eyes shut but her irritation was threatening to break through into anger. She hated the fact that they always referred to him as a brute or beast, did they even realize what that would make them? Outlaws he had killed many times over in revenge, what he ever done? She hadn't once seen him harm nor threaten anyone and Arowin herself couldn't go a day without doing both! She almost let out a small growl of frustration but Emerald started talking and her words made Arowin relax slightly. She knew he would never harm her, she knew it that very night when she had taunted him to the point where even someone sober would have put up a fight.

Diana seemed to have been listening to this conversation but had said nothing about it. She looked over at Altair and tugged on his pants, but he flicked her forehead, as if telling her to leave him alone. She frowned and hugged her knees. She understood why they didn't trust her friends, but never understood why they would trust her. "hey, why should you trust me out of all my friends? i know i'm a child and all, but... what if i did something? don't judge books by their covers, as they would say... well, not that i would do something against you guys, but... i'm 12 years old. i'm not a child." Altair rolled his eyes and said, "that's what you said when you were 6 years old, Diana... you were a child then and you're a child now."
Coming back here from 2017 and seeing all of my things now... I'm like cringing
Everyone please pretend I was never 15, omg
Everything I said, I take back

Frank nodded "I'm still wary of them, if they prove useful later on then maybe I'll see better in them, but at the moment I'm not liking this" he hissed to her as Diad jogged forward a few steps "He spends too much time with Arrowin and if we loose her were stuffed, he is way too unpredictable and there's something about him that I don't like" he growled in hushed tones "As for finnick, he uses the huntsman as a go between, if the brute gives anything away were good as dead" he added with a deepening frown, head twisting as he heard the girl speak "I don't trust you child, if that makes you feel better" he snapped lightly, glaring at the figure who spoke up after the girl, but Frank did not retort and rode forward, coughing again as he did so.

Arowin grew agitated yet again and it stayed with her even when the sky began to darken and she moved aside the canvass and tapped Emerald's shoulder. "Time for me to take over, you and Frank could head inside." she said with a small smile to Em and shot Frank a glare before taking Emerald's seat and pulling on the reins to stop the horses. She then hopped down and unhitched Envy and Ace before bringing about two other horses and hitching them up front so that Envy and Ace could walk behind and rest. Arowin then hopped up front again and waited for everyone to get in.

Emerald frowned as she listened to Frank. He had a point, a very good point, and she too didn't trust the Huntsman when they first met. But he didn't seem threatening anymore, and he did care deeply for Arrowin. She shook her head, about to say something to Frank when Arrowin said she'd take over. "Are you sure you don't want to rest more?" she asked, but Arrowin was already unhitching the horses. She smirked and climbed in the back of the wagon, waiting for Frank. "Put Diad with Ace and Envy." she said, pointing to where the other horses were tied.

Frank turned Diad around and stared slightly before dismounting and tieing up Diad to the back of the cart and clambered in, wrapping his cloak tighter around him as he sat next to Emerald, ignoring Arowins glare and making himself comfortable, his head lolling back as he sighed heavily, breath raspy as he closed his eyes, arms folded around himself.
