Amy smiled as she drove to her new school, her Audi roaring down the road. She skidded to a halt in the carpark and climbed out, her short skirt and shirt that showed off a little more than expected, her high heels clicking along the pavement. She carried her books in her arms and some stuff in her handbag, she smiled at some people and grinned 'My first day!' she thought stopping herself from grinning so she didn't look like a freak.

The sequences played out in his daydreams are of surreal scenarios and situations that have just been mentioned or wondered about, often in an exaggerated manner. Many of these are followed by a comment from him which, although in keeping with his daydream, sounds strange and is often highly unrelated to the initial topic, very often earning him odd looks from nearby characters in the scene.

Despite his numerous flaws, quirks and personal insecurities, J.D. has shown to be a very skilled doctor. He is described as having compassion for his patients, and a lot of determination and enthusiasm for his job.

Amy giggled as she saw the guys looking at her, she walked into the school and sighed sitting in the lecture room putting a lab coat over her normal clothes and opened her books and started revising.

As per usual Jd had been up a 6am sharp, tending to patients and the sort. He had downed as much coffee as possible in the few minutes spare he had before the new Scrubs started to arrive. This was his first day as a mentor, or teacher here at the school and to be honest he wasnt feeling at all confident.
JD tilted his head back and began to remember his first day as a scrub, a newbie, an outcast and then how the janitor had profoundly abused him most of the time.
