Matt smiled. " I guess so. He reminds me of my old horse." He could hear nickering from the other pasture and smiled even more. " Do you want to go for a ride? Just a trail ride for an hour or two." He patted the grey gelding's neck and turned back to Jordan. He was planning on working his horses anyways before the meeting, and he needed to take his mind off of the events this morning.

If there was a hell, it was trailering horses. Dylan pulled into the driveway, two horse trailer bumping along behind him. He tried to ignore the angry kicks coming from inside the trailer. It wasn't like he had the entire stallion guard set up or anything. His two horses couldn't see or touch or even smell each other. Nevertheless, Izzo squealed about every two seconds. It had taken hours of patience to get the mustang onto the trailer. It didn't matter how many times they trained to walk into the trailer, Izzo could smell when something new was happening and did his best to avoid the mere sight of the trailer. Addy hadn't cared. The show mare had pranced in happily, about the only thing she did with a good attitude.

So when Dylan pulled up to the farm lot, he dreaded unloading his two horses. Maybe he could pass Addy off on someone else. The mare would probably still be in a good mood, thinking she was going to a horse show. She might not bite the poor soul who led her to her new field. His truck was packed with horse things as well as his own supplies. It was hard to see out of any window, but Dylan parked it the best he could and hopped out, taking in his new surroundings.

Jake watched as a Truck pulled a trailer into the driveway. " Tally, can you go and make sure that Matt isn't fooling around in the house?" He said, looking over at his daughter. She nodded and walked off. Standing up, he walked towards the parking trailer and tipped his hat at the boy. Grabbing his clipboard, he looked at the board and then at the boy. " Hi there, my Names Jake, you must be Dylan," He said with a smile. He heard a loud squeal and laughed a little bit. " Fiesty horses you got there." He said, looking at the trailer. Looking back at the clipboard, he held it out towards Dylan and gave him a pen. " Just need you to sign here," He said, pointing one of his fingers at a large blank area.

A man, who must be Jake, approached him. Dylan's suspicion was soon confirmed as the older man introduced himself.

"Yes sir, that's me." he said. Dylan took the clipboard from him and scanned over the information, then signed his name in a scrawling cursive font. Another squeal erupted from the trailer and Dylan gave a heavy sigh.

"God, I hate that horse." He turned to Jake, handing the clipboard back. "Thanks again for the opportunity here. It's a real privilege to keep these two monsters somewhere so beautiful."

Jake laughed and grabbed the clipboard. " I'm glad you like it! If you need any help unloading your horses, I'll be happy to help." He smiled and put the pen behind his ear. The whinny from the inside sounded like a mustang, and he smiled. He helped tame multiple mustangs in his years, and would be able to help Dylan if he needed it.

"I get it, that's sweet, he is a big goof ball really. " Jordan leaned over and smiled as he heared the others horses . "that sounds great, Casper do you want to go for a little walk?" the big gray gelding nickered nodding his head a little , "I'll take that as a yes. Want to met in front of the barn in a few minutes ." Jordan said as he opened the gate. Loon spun and walked off and Casper nearly pushed him over trying to get in the halter. "Casper your a dork. " Jordan buckled the halter and lead the gelding back out the gate

Sunny lead the bay gelding into the ring, he wore his split rein bridle and nothing else. She asked him for a bow and he bent down gracefully. She checked her helmet as she swing on and asked him to stand. "Good boy benny." She said as she asked him to move off on her leg, the longer she was here the more she loved it. She let benny walk and stretch his neck warming up. She moved him in-between a collected walk and a long walk.

Kendell steered his truck down the long drive way. He pulled to a stop with what looked like the other new rigs. He had made this drive on his own and it was his first with his vary own horse. He had never thought about owning a horse, he had made his peace with catch riding and found his passion in it. When his trainer had offered him the sweet filly through he had said yes without when thinking, they had already bonded. he would have been sad to not see where that took him. Kendell slide out of the truck and grabbed her lead rope off the shotgun seat. The mares care came first. He went around and opened the door leading the gray mare who glanced around down the ramp

Dylan nodded his thanks as another truck pulled into the parking lot. The guy driving the truck and trailer hopped out and proceeded to unload a pretty grey mare. Dylan could hear Izzo give another shriek as he smelled the new arrival.

"Actually, if you don't mind, I could use some help unloading the mare." He said to Jake. "She should be fine, just a bit curious about where we are. If you don't mind leading her into her new pasture, that would give me two hands to deal with the mustang. As you can probably hear, he's not the happiest about the situation."

Jake nodded and walked with the boy over to the back of his trailer. " Ok, I'll let you go in first, and if you need any help, just holler for me" He said, stepping back and waiting for the boy to get his horses. He could hear whinnying coming from the trailer, and heard a loud BANG as one of them kicked the side of the trailer

Matt smiled and nodded. " Sure! I'll go get Billow and be right out." He turned on his heel and walked over to barn one. Walking down the aisle of stalls, he sighed with delight at the sound of the horses nickering. When he got to Billow's stall, he quickly brushed him over with a curry comb and took the burrs out of his mane and tail. Grabbing the saddle that was sitting outside Billow's stall, she set a blanket down on his back and set the large western saddle on top of that. Slipping on the bridle, he led the dapple grey out of his stall and into the aisle. He hopped on and walked carefully out of the large doors, were Jordan told him to wait.

Tally watched as another trailer pulled in. Her dad was busy with Dylan, so she walked over to the boy who was now starting to unload his horse. he started to unload his horse, and she walked over. Tipping her hat at him " Hi there " She said, looking at the older boy. " You need any help?"

rabbing the saddle that was sitting outside Billow's stall, she set a blanket down on his back and set the large western saddle on top of that. Slipping on the bridle, he led the dapple grey out of his stall and into the aisle. He hopped on and walked carefully out of the large doors, were Jordan told him to wait.

"Sounds great." Jordan lead the shimmering gray gelding across the way. He glanced over to the parking lot where people and horses where moving around unloading. He clipped him where he could tack him running the brush over his back and legs, the side effect of a gray gelding was that he showed the dust, he would give him a better grooming after and rebraid the long gray mane. he couldn't have it out if he wanted to keep it. He had has schooling saddle out in front and schooling tack. He put on the gelding boots and the saddle and bridle. He lead him out and over to a mounting block, spotting the other boy. He let him walk over, 'You want to lead the way?"

"Howdy, I could indeed use a hand, I'm not sure where I should be putting her. I'm Kendell and this is Echo, " The boy said as the gray mare let out a low snort. He wished he had thought to clip a chin on her rope she hadn't needed it but she could hyped in new places. "I was told someone would show me a gelding named Larch when I was ready too." Kendell bent and checked each leg.

Matt watched as Jordan rode up to him. “ I can lead the way, sure!” He clicked his tounge and Billow moved forward. He stayed by Jordan’s side though, so that at least they could have a conversation. “ So were are you from?” He said, adjusting his boots in the stirrups.

Tally nodded. “ Yup! Once we get your pretty mare here settled, I’ll bring Larch over to you.” She looked at the beautiful mare, and nodded. “ I can show you guys to your stall if you want.” She said, twisting her heel in the dirt.
