•We expect you to be polite and mature, but FIRM. You are the leader, and you are responsible for what goes on in your thread.
•We expect you to resolve problems in a nice way, without loosing your head
•We expect your writing to be above average and for you to be able to make reasonably long posts
•We expect you to put time and effort into your work
We reserve the right to dismiss you if you do not meet our standards once you are hired.
