What is this dog?

It's a ghost dog. Not. But I can't find this dog anywhere in the archive: http://www.chickensmoothie.com/viewpet.php?id=54724898

I have looked through the archive and it's nowhere to be found. But on the guide to unofficial dog names, it is listed under 2009 December as the unreleased dog.

I need to know this dog, because I'm getting a heck of a lot of trades for that one Very Rare [I think] dog.

Can anyone also tell me what the dog's worth overall and why isn't it in the archive? X3

It's a UR dog, it was released in 09 on the 18th, it's a high very rare I think.. but I am not sure.
