Post has to be approved by a mod

Hey, I entered an RP and my post had to be approved by a mod. Now, I know that that is because of a picture wich is from a 'blacklisted' site but I was wondering, could you get a warning for using a pic from such a site? And how long does it take for my post to be approved or disapproved? And do I loose the post if it is disaproved or is the picture simply removed from the post?

You don't get in trouble for using image from blacklisted site, unless it breaks the rules (like if it's inappropriate), as far as I'm aware.
There's no set time when it's approved, moderators are very busy so it might take a little while. ^^;
For the third question, I'm not sure about that.
