I seriously do feel a bit stupid and dumb. I still haven't found out how to make a picture your profile picture. Can anyone help me?

My Account -> Profile -> Edit Avatar -> Use either the upload from your machine or the upload from URL option, depending on where the picture you want to use is from.
The picture has to be 100x100 pixels or smaller in order for it to work. If you need to crop/resize the image you can upload it to photobucket and then on the photobucket page of the picture, if you hover over the image it will show a toolbar at the top that has a resize option and you can resize it there.
