Have you tried refreshing page or logging off then back on?

Yeah, I've logged out, refreshed the page and everything. I've just had another person having the same problem.

Oh yep, the problem there is due to the BBCode in your trading rules (you've got closing tags in opposite orders to the opening tags). I removed that problem and now trades can send to you properly
