My Question/Problem: Posting Pictures

Question about posting pictures:
Dear moderators,

OK, so I have already talked to a moderator her name is
Shadow
Anyways I asked her why every time, I post pictures it must be checked by a moderator... Well it isn't because I'm new it is apparently because of a recent member making multiple accounts and well... Using them to post Inappropriate pictures, and this is why only people who joined a certain amount of time ago can post pictures and the newer users must have them checked. She said this issue would be resolved quickly, but I wanted to know well how, quickly? This problem is making any and all role playing, difficult for me. I don't mean to be impatient I'm just well... Impatient...

For roleplay forums, that's normal. ^^
CS has blacklisted a bunch of sites and images from those sites/links to those sites need to be checked and approved by a moderator before the post becomes visible, it happens every time you have image from a blacklisted site, editing a post with one counts too.

OK, well if I have posted black list images and that is the reason, can you suggest any photo sites I could use that are not on the black list. Like I think, there is Flickr but I don't know how to use it.

Please do not double post/bump until you are off the first page which can take several hors on this board.

Only mods know what sites are on the blacklist and they won't tell because that would make the blacklist pointless.

Well... I have to wait hours at times to have them posted it's difficult to be that patient. Just ignore my question about the blacklist I didn't know we weren't allowed to know the pictures we weren't suppose to post. But could anyone at least give me a site I am allowed to use? Please.

Yes, they told me I couldn't know the black list I know.

But I'm asking for just one site I can use, it is pointless to post pictures if I don't know the sites I am allowed to use. I apologize if this may sound rude, but waiting for so long is irritating, especially since this is all because of one person breaking the rules. I don't see why someone had to go and do this, making it harder on new people. I wish I could just post these freely but never mind the issue I'll just wait...

Nobody really knows what is usable. It is more or less luck. It is also to prevent art theft which is really bad in the roleplay forum. If you don't want to wait, then you really shouldn't post pictures. Just use a description.
