Confusion on a Trade, Maybe a Threat?

Ok, so I currently have an extremly unfair trade right now, and the trade message is this 'I did several treatments with you and did not want to do them so returned I want it or it will denounce it up to throwing it' What does this mean? I have no idea, I will not say what user said this because of the next part.

I was then sent a Message that said this:

If you cancel my treatment your neck sera cut like you heard your account





He will cancel your account

Is this a threat? I will not say who is doing this unless you are a mod because I do not want them bullied, but the trade is still there because I do not understand what this person is telling me, and I have no idea what they are telling me in the Message, but it seems like a threat. Can anyone help me?

They can't. No worries, there not at all a threat.

You still have no worries. An admin would never do that. (If an admin actully did this, its a hacker!)

I understand, but "sera" doesn't seem like an English word, so I'm *guessing* it's because of the word didn't got translated.
It probably is a threat, I'm afraid. But don't let those words harm you

If you feel threatened or uncomfortable by the sent message it would be best to report them. Find a post they have made and click the upside down triangle with a "!" in it. Once you've done that fill out the report form and a Mod or Admin should be able to help you and deal with that user c:

Yes it seems to be a threat. Please report it. It doesn't matter if it won't hurt you because it is just words. Smaller kids on this site may still be freaked out or a parent might see it and get upset if that type of message is sent to the wrong person. If you ever have doubts, just report it.

A threat would be a warning, yes? What if someone continually threatened you over PM, even after you blocked them? This has not happened to me, but I just want to know whether it would be multiple warnings, or a ban. : )

I would definately block them and report it immediately. Just because it's "just words" doesn't mean he can't do some damage to your computer if he/she really wanted to. Definately report it ASAP!
