Curious about what this means...

I've seen this floating around, and I was wondering what exactly it means? & why such strange times and edit numbers? Is it a joke or what...?
Not around much longer except to get rid of most of my pet collection (probably while also amassing art). If anyone's still interested, I'm still eating my weight in carbs, I'm just working retail now to burn it off instead of running cross country, unfortunately.

Some people put strange number/number of time edits in their signature and makes it looks like it was real "edit", just for fun.
