Oekaki Problems..

Okay, so I want to make an avatar. I have absolutely no clue how to copy and move.. Crop, then what? Thank you so much..

What exactly are you trying to do?
You can crop images in programs like Paint & GIMP.
Or you can just use an avatar creator website...

I mean.. Well.. On the Oekaki page for creating a new drawing, there's a cropping icon. After I crop a certain object, how do I copy and paste?

Ahh, I see.
Well, once you have it posted, right click it.
Then save it to your computer and resize it on a site like http://tinypic.com
Or, if it is already the right size, just right click to save it, then upload it onto your avatar.
Is that what you meant?
