Can I Create A Design?

I was just wondering if I could create a pet design for free(obviously)? It would be more of a "for fun" sort of thing.

You can in the oekaki if thats what you mean. you can colour in dogs and cats in the editable section. If you mean a coustom you can'tdo them. sorry is im not on the same path as you. I can't really answer if you want to be a guest artist. I hope this helped

If you are talking about creating a CS pet, this is the job of an artist, they will not allow you to color a pet "just for fun"

If you want to make a drawing or color in an editable of another person, instal the program Java(If you do not already have it) and go here
