I really need to make one of these but I am not sure how. Please help!!

I think people might "print screen" the images, and either use photoshop or Microsoft paint.

You need a program like photoshop, paint, or GIMP. Save the images to your computer by right-clicking and say "Save Image As.." Then use the program to put the pictures together. Then upload it with tinypic.com or photobucket.com
