So I tried to change my pets background but it won't change!it looks just like before I tried to change it!Help!

Try refreshing the page to empty your cache. If this doesn't work, it's the CS system. Don't worry, it's perfectly normal; the system sometimes takes a little while to update changes to your pet's image.

Does it change on your pet page when you select the new colour? Changing the colour gives you a new adoptable code, so if you want the pet's background colour to change in your signature or in a forum post, you need to put the new code in.

No,not about codes.I change it and it shows the changes on pet profile,then I go back to it's group and it looses it's changes!Then I click on it again but it doesn't show the changes either!It shows changes only after I click OK,but when I go somewhere else,the changes doesn't save!

The background is only changed for the adoption code, it doesn't show anywhere else (including the groups).
