Img URLs

Hi, i have a picture that i have made to put in my siggie, but it is saved in my files in my laptop and i don't know how to find the img URL, which i need. Does anyone know of how i can find the URL or another way of putting the picture in my siggie?

Upload it to a site like Tinypic, or PhotoBucket,, or any other image host. it should give you an IMG code, or an image to use the link ^^
