Lost adopted dog

Tess or whoever can help me...I adopted the October dog that's pink and light green w/ swirls last night when the Pound was open, but didn't receive it. It said I got it, but it never showed up in my pets. I'm not the only one who adopted and didn't get the pet that they chose. Can you help us on this? Someone gave me an extra, but it's not really the same when you're eager for Pound to open, u choose the pet to adopt, then when you do adopt it, it doesn't show. Thanks. This happened last night.

I waited over 24 hrs since the last time I adopted. I sincerely hope that the Pound will be fixed. That watermelon dog is one of the few October pets I missed out on getting when I joined in late October. I got another pet I wanted, though, the day before and it was more than 24 hrs before this last adoption. I miss my watermelon puppy.

Yha, this happened to me too. I never adopted a pet ever and yet it said I did.

There was a bug where the dog didn't get removed properly from the Pound's groups. I'm not sure if it is fixed or not for the new pound opening, but I can fix the dogs after they get adopted so that they all arrive safely, don't worry.. .

Since I'm aware of the problem now, I'll ensure that pound pets get to their owners safely after each opening. Until I finally track down the cause of the problem and fix it, that is.. .
