New CS Trades/Adoptions system

You know, I never said it in my original post, but I honestly like the current system just fine and while the suggestion seems good, it's really not very different from what I can tell and seems like a lot of work for not much change. I just don't see the point, seeing as the "browse" feature works just as well.
