What disability is this disabled pet supposed to represent?

Sorry if I'm not supposed to/allowed to ask questions like this here, but I saw the pet below in the disabled pride pets thing and I'm kinda stumped on what it's supposed to represent. At first, I thought it would represent burn victims, which was nice because I am one myself (though I don't consider myself to be disabled due to my burns and I'm more fortunate than other victims), but I don't know if that was the case.

The artist said it’s just missing eye because of an injury + scarring

But I think that’s a real cool way 2 interpret it👍 especially since the cause of injury isn’t specified. That could def be the case
