Website not loading without VPN

I noticed today the CS website wasn't loading. This has been going on for a couple hours. I tried troubleshooting my internet and restarting my computer. It also doesn't load on my phone or a different browser! BUT, if I turn my VPN on, then the website loads with no issue. Anyone else have this problem?

I even opened a help ticket months ago with a detailed report, but no reaction so far.

Thank you! I was starting to think I was crazy. I sent out a support ticket yesterday still with no response, it sounds like I probably won't get one.

And you're right-- the issue has totally resolved again today. So weird.

Yesterday I just used a VPN and my phone hotspot to get around it, but it seems very odd that the website wasn't responding just on one particular wifi network...
