Frequent logout glitch?

I skimmed the forum to see if this had already been posted, but I didn’t find anything so I’m asking myself. Sorry if this was already asked/addressed somewhere and I missed it.

I came back from a short 1-2 month hiatus since a bit after Christmas on the last day of march to adopt that month’s pets last minute. Then I stuck around because I realized the Easter event was going on.

I saw there were some updates, like to the pound, which is cool! (Unfortunately I’ve had even more trouble getting things there since the new system was implemented, but that’s more of a me-problem.)

The thing is, since being back, I’ve been getting logged out CONSTANTLY. It’s making navigating the site very difficult, because it seems to happen every other time I go to a new page, click a banner, leave the browser for a minute and come back, etc… once I even SAW myself go from logged in to logged out without even refreshing the page.

I always click the “log me on automatically each visit” check box when I sign back in, but it doesn’t seem to do anything. I was wondering if this was happening to anyone else? My hope was that it was a glitch that came with the new update and it would go away on its own after a while, but I’m starting to worry it’s me, like an issue with my phone or something.

Does anybody know what this is?

I also had this issue on my phone for a while, but eventually it ended up fixing itself. It's either a phone issue, or a browser issue. What browser do u use on your phone? That might help with diagnosing the problem.

This has been happening to me too! Every other time I open my browser (safari) it feels like, and I make sure to keep the “log me on automatically” box checked. Hope the glitch gets resolved

I know for me since I also use safari that is you change WiFi’s it automatically logs you out but I haven’t heard of it logging you out by changing browsers or clicking the banners.

I also had this issue on my phone for a while, but eventually it ended up fixing itself. It's either a phone issue, or a browser issue. What browser do u use on your phone? That might help with diagnosing the problem.

I use safari. I thought it might be my phone because I have other issues due to full storage, but this issue is new. Except it wasn’t happening the last time I was active, around Christmas, even though my storage was full back then too.
