That pet is from our yearly staff litter, every year in September the site staff all collaborate on a single litter where each staff who participates makes one outcome. They are allowed to make the outcome whatever they want as long as its still recognizable to the lineart its on, and follows the litter's color pallet for that year. Its become a bit of a tradition for staff to not say which outcome is theirs right away and let the userbase try and guess which outcome was made by which staff, often with staff giving little hints here and there (there is a whole discussion thread just for this litter over here). Many of the outcomes don't end up being claimed by the staff who made them until they are full grown, and when they are claimed a lot of the staff will accompany that with an explanation of what inspired the design.

Long explanation short; unless this pup has already been claimed by the staff who made it, we probably won't know exactly what its intended to be based on/inspired by until it is. And there are plenty of staff dogs which don't have super specific things they are based on, just more 'I think it looks cool' (which I'm def guilty of lol). I'd suggest checking out that discussion thread though if you want to see what others are thinking about it, and if there are any theories.
