Can't move items in dressup

For the past few days I've been having issues with the dressup page. I'll place an item on a pet but then I can't move it. I have to click undo to get rid of it but then once the item is no longer part of the dressup it's grayed out in the toybox like the item's still being used. Hitting refresh fixes it but I just had this happen several times in a row while dressing up a cat and it's getting a little frustrating.

Edit: My dressup is stuck like this. I play cs on Firefox and I've been told that dressup glitches often happen on this browser. Could that be the problem?
