OCs of Chicken Smoothie animals?

Okay, I couldn't find anything similar but. Are users allowed to make OCs based on say, the species of pets? Or their pet clothed? Obviously, with credits given, but I just wasn't sure about what was allowed! I don't have much more to say... Except that if anyone has any ocs of this fashion, you should post them below!! I would love to see them. <3
