Easter Eggs Gone

Not sure if this is the right place but my Easter eggs are gone and I haven’t used any of them. I had five but now the bank is saying I only have one. My two black and white ones and two blue and white ones are showing a total of zero instead. Wasn’t sure if this was a temporary glitch or something I should report on so here we are~
