Rarity wise, yes. Going by the 2:1 rarity rule; 2 EUCs = rare

Date wise, it all depends. Personally, I wouldn't trade an old rare for two super recent EUCs (2011R =/= 2 2025 EUCs)

I'd get a second opinion via the fair trade thread and share your trade there;
