New player. Need advice on trades

I'm a fairly new player. And i'm noticing how most trading threads have no room for new players.

Is theres any advice on how to do My first trade?
Wassup guys! Im PanconquesoXD! But you can call me Pan or Profily.

I am in a lot of fandoms, those are: MHA, cookie run, BFDI, Undertale/Deltarune, Gravity Falls and Demon slayer.

I'm diagnosed with autism. So I have a really short temper
