Does emojis outside smilies show up in CS?

Whenever i do a trade or get gifts i always send them with a thank you, maybe well wishes, and the emojis fox, blue heart, and shiny pink heart. But now i wonder if they actually do show up on the other persons end. Do they?

CS has standard emoji support, not just the ones built in while writing a post, so as long as the recipient's device supports them (generally shouldn't be an issue, but Windows computers don't like to display flag emojis, for example), they will show up 🐔🍹
