Conversion rates on CS?

Asking about conversion rates on CS, like how many commons equal to how many other stuff, or u could give me a decimal number of the values and I can calculate. Not only rarity but like multiplier of how old, and also CS$. If anyone can help me, I'll greatly appreciate it! Thank you for reading :3

The way I personally work it out is two lower rarities equals one rarity above it of the same year

2 2016 commons = 1 2016 uncommon
2 2016 uncommons = 1 2016 rare

2 2009 rares = 1 2009 very rare
2 2009 very rare = 1 2009 extremely rare

And so on

You have to factor in demand and "list" pets so I only really use this for newer pets or common rarities
