If you want to run a raffle or participate in one, you can find them in CS Free Adoptions. Just note if you want to do your own raffle that it must be free and easy to enter: raffles that require payment or a lot of time or effort to enter (such as filling out a lengthy form) are not allowed.

There are no official CS staff-hosted raffles, though, if that's what you're looking for. There's always a possibility staff might decide to do a raffle sometime, but I wouldn't count on it.
