Question on Adoptable Collections & Clickables form page I use for my pet collection, can I make more than one form? I tried looking for the rules and I can't really see it so figure I ask.

You can make multiple topics as long as they have distinct and seperate proposes. For example, one dedicated to CS pets, and one dedicated to flight rising.
