How can I get free pets and stuff

I just joined yesterday and i want to get stuff but alot of them are locked behind CS$ which i don't have. Is there any other way I can get stuff for free

Hello! & welcome! The Main adopt tab, beside my stuff. There's the monthly pets to adopt there & rn theres Valentine's stuff too. The pound and lost and found are there, too. They will open at random times, so if you notice a timer, it will open when its down to 0. pound will have pets. Lost and found will have items!

You also only adopted one of everything. There's a drop down menu when adopting where you can adopt the max amount of pets! I kinda wish they told you that when you first start, I've had 3 friends start recently and all of them had the same issue of only adopting one pet from each category and calling it a day.

Yeah you really should adopt the max of each pet ( if you go to the Adopt tab u should be able to do it. Because there are multiple outcomes of each pet!

And for a bit later, when you'll start to have duplicates of pets you already own and want to diversify your collection through pets you weren't here for, or pets you didn't get lucky with getting for your monthly adopts, most people do trades. You can take a look in the trade section of the forum to see what it looks like. There is also guides on the value of old and rare pets, as it can be kind hard to guess even with their on-site rarity display. Good luck!

It's a good idea to adopt everything (pets and items), even species you don't like.They can be traded later if you don't want them.

There's also the free adopts forum with raffles and such.

Every thread is going to have its own rules though so you will have to pay attention to that.

Valentines pets are still up too. Hover over the "adopt" button and a drop down menu will appear for the valentine pets

As additional advice for when you do start trading, don’t pay attention to ‘the List’. It was a way to track supply vs demand that grew out of proportion and has been abandoned. Some people still swear by it, but they’re not people you want to trade with because they’ll charge you a few thousand rares for a single OMGSR rabbit that no one actually wants. The List very rapidly became a way to manufacture demand where there was none.
