Special Days Pets can clbe celebrated only once?

Like Cat Day (today) or Disabilities Day? Once was celebrated but eg not today. So is it possible that they will be celebrated more often? Not just once?

The holidays that are a regular tradition on CS are New Year's, Lunar New Year, Valentine's Day, Easter, CS Birthday (April 8), St. Patrick's Day, the Summer event (July/August), Halloween, Christmas, and Hannukah. Other holidays and special celebrations don't usually happen every year, but may pop up as an occasional surprise when the artists/staff feel inspired!
