Whenever I send a trade I get that notification but when i check there's no messages?

hi there! i've moved this over to the help, questions & problems forum. is your inbox currently full? you may have to delete some old messages in order to create room for new ones to show up in your inbox!

Do you have any inbox rules that autodelete messages? If there are it will still show the notification for the message, but when you go to your inbox they won't be there. You should be able to see any rules that are in place here;
