Problem with group selection during trades

I’ve recently been experiencing an issue with selecting groups while trading. I’ve gotten a new ipad tablet and just tried to trade for a pet for the first time on this device, but when I go to select which pets to trade for from the other person the only group that appears is my wishlist pets, and “no options” shows up when I try to select a different group, so I can’t see any other pets or groups the person may have to trade.

I’m not quite sure what’s causing the problem - I didn’t have any such issues like this on my old tablet before, and it makes collecting pets rather difficult. Has anyone else been experiencing this issue or do you have any solutions?

This is a known issue with apple devices. When it says 'no options', try clicking outside of the group selection popup, or switching to a different browser tab and then back. That should cause the groups again to appear when clicking on the dropdown menu.
