Chicken Store Inflation???

Ive noticed that the store pets are now 30c$ each, when they used to be 20c$ : ( why did they change it?

They have been 25C$ for awhile but these are the first 30C$ ones. My guess is that they’re trying to deal with the over abundance of C$ on the site. Once upon a time paying 2000-3000C$ for a pet was considered rare as it was so hard to get that much C$ on an account without actually buying it. Now it’s considered quite normal for rarer pets to sell for 4000-6000+ C$ because there’s so much floating around the site.

CS therefore has a few options to deal with the C$ over saturation. 1 raise the prices of store things or 2 have more things to spend C$ on in the store. They have been having limited store items to try to encourage C$ spending but have obviously decided increasing store pet prices is also needed. I wouldn’t be surprised if they also eventually make store pets a monthly thing rather than bi-monthly.
